I teach yoga to help people feel supported on the mat so that they can carry that calm, grounded energy into their everyday lives. I love holding space for students rooted in grounded energy, where they can let go of whatever doesn’t serve them. I was lucky enough to jump into teacher training halfway through, but that just proves you don’t need a perfect path to make an impact. Now, as a new teacher, I’m still amazed by how much we can release when we slow down together. Come as you are; the mat is yours!

During five years living in China, she taught aerial yoga and deepened her love of sharing yoga with others. As a 500-hour RYT and career educator, she enjoys helping students and mentoring teachers in a welcoming, encouraging environment. A lifelong lover of music and theater, Julia thoughtfully curates each class playlist to create an experience that is both energizing and inspiring.

Kellyann
Kellyann
I’m Kellyann! Born and raised in CT, I’ve been practicing yoga since I was old enough to drive to the studio myself! I’ve been teaching for 6 years. My background as a professional dancer heavily influences my classes, as I believe your yoga practice should feel like a dance on your mat. I’m all about having fun, laughing when we wobble, and honoring our imperfections through every asana and breath. Just rolling out your mat is half the battle. Whatever unfolds after that is a win ❤️

Lisa

I guide a practice so students feel the yoga, not just do the yoga. I cue breath, alignment and smiles. Students sweat, strengthen and surrender. Roll out your mat, expect nothing, be curious, be lighthearted, feel the yoga.

Madison

I began my yoga journey as a student in 2018 where I quickly realized there is no place that I feel as strong, at peace, or myself as on my yoga mat. That drove me to dive into my practice more by becoming a teacher. My goal in teaching yoga is to build empowering, kind spaces for people to feel safe to try, express, and grow.

Rob

I’m a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) dedicated to helping you build strength and control in your practice, both on and off the mat. When I’m not teaching, I’m rocking out on guitar in a band that plays 45+ shows a year, coaching youth hockey, or spending time with my three kids. A proud Stamford resident since 1995, I love bringing that high-energy, community-driven spirit to my classes. Let's move together!
