As a dancer, teacher, and choreographer, Natalie has spent most of her life moving to music and expressing herself through art. When she signed up for the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Power Yoga Collective, her goal was simple: to learn how to teach yoga so she could share it alongside her love of dance.

But what she discovered went far beyond teaching yoga.

Beyond the Studio
