Step into our Fire and Ice room (sauna and cold plunge), where you’ll experience the powerful contrast between heat and cold designed to challenge your body and promote faster recovery. You can choose to book a Fire experience, an Ice experience or a combination of both. Online reservations through our Power Yoga Collective app (iPhone or Android) or website (below) will be needed to secure your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the start of the appointment.
